Using a medium of waxed cord, wood, glass, ceramic, metal, and semiprecious stone beads, I create jewelry which reflects a simple, natural, and almost primitive design aesthetic.

One With Nature, One With Self
Reflection, rhythm, balance, and peace are words that describe what I feel when I’m beading. From the time I was a child with my pop-beads, the endless combinations of color and form fascinated me, whereas the balance and rhythm of the placement of beads led to peace and reflection of self and where I am with nature and the world around me. The tactile experience of the beads help me to focus, get centered, and to bring myself back to the peace within me, while the stress of the world tries to tear me apart.
Now my life has gone full circle, allowing me to revisit beading, the one thing that always helped me gain balance and peace in my life. I realize now that the simple things in life are the most important, leading me to use a medium of waxed cord, glass and semiprecious stone beads to fashion design pieces that bring me peace in the making and, hopefully, bring others the same as they wear them.
